About Hucke LLC
Who We Are
Hucke LLC is a glazier company based in Dearborn, serving Detroit and the surrounding area. We fabricate and install aluminum and glass: storefronts, curtain walls, skylights, shower doors, interior partition doors, handrails, and canopies for commercial and residential projects.
We also provide project estimating, shop drawings with engineer coordination, and 24/7 emergency service for accident damage.

Before glass is cut, it has to be drawn. We produce shop drawings for glazing projects of every size — including full storefront buildings — and we work through the details with you and your engineer until the drawings are ready to build from.

Detailed shop drawings for any project related to glazing — storefront systems and storefront buildings, entrances, partitions, canopies, skylights, and custom glass work — drawn to your project's dimensions and conditions.
Estimating
Drawings and estimating go together: we take off quantities from the drawings, price the glass and aluminum, and build the quote from the same documents the crew will install from.
Engineer Coordination
We coordinate with the project's engineer — answering questions, revising drawings, and helping resolve glazing details so approvals move and the job stays on schedule.
Emergency Service
Broken glass can't wait. Neither do we.
Accidents happen at the worst hours — a car into a storefront, a smashed door at a gas station, a break-in overnight. Our emergency service runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our crew secures the opening, cleans up the glass, and gets you weather-tight and safe, then measures for the permanent replacement.

Do you provide estimates?

Are you insured for accident damage?
Yes. We have insurance for accident damages. If a vehicle or accident damages your storefront, entrance doors, frames, or glass, call us — our emergency service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to secure the site and start the replacement.

We are open Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. For glass emergencies, our service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Terms & Conditions
Terms and Conditions — Hucke LLC
The terms that apply to estimates, fabrication, installation, and emergency service provided by Hucke LLC.
1. Estimates and Quotes
All estimates are free and valid for 30 days. Prices are based on the measurements and conditions observed at the time of the estimate. If site conditions change or measurements differ, the price may be adjusted with your approval before work begins.
2. Deposits and Payment
A 50% deposit is required to schedule fabrication and order materials. The remaining balance is due upon completion of installation. We accept check, bank transfer, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to a 1.5% monthly fee.
3. Scheduling
Installation dates are estimates and may shift due to material availability, weather, or site readiness. We will notify you promptly of any change.
4. Site Preparation
The customer is responsible for providing clear, safe access to the work area, including removal of furniture, window treatments, or obstacles. Additional charges may apply if extra preparation work is required.
5. Change Orders
Any changes to the agreed scope, materials, or design after work has started must be approved in writing and may affect price and timeline.
6. Glass and Materials
All glass supplied meets applicable safety standards. Tempered and laminated glass is custom-cut to order and cannot be returned or refunded once fabricated.
7. Warranty
We warrant our installation workmanship for one (1) year from the date of completion. Manufacturer warranties apply separately to glass and hardware. This warranty does not cover breakage caused by accidents, misuse, vandalism, natural disasters, or normal wear.
8. Breakage and Damage
Hucke LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage to frames, walls, or surrounding surfaces discovered during removal of old glass, unless caused by our negligence.
9. Cancellations
If you cancel after materials have been ordered or fabricated, the deposit is non-refundable to cover material and labor costs already incurred.
10. Emergency Service
Emergency board-up and accident-response services are billed at emergency rates, which will be quoted before work begins whenever possible.
11. Liability
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific job giving rise to the claim.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
